About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
Drive membership sales and contribute to achieving targets.
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a premium member experience.
Support the operational aspects of the club, including health & safety processes.
Work closely with a motivated team, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the role.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Experience in managing or working within a performance-driven team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and retain members through excellent service.
A Level 3 fitness qualification is desirable but not essential.
