Sales Assistant/Brand Ambassador – Organic Skincare (Retail Sales – Gatwick Airport)
Location: Gatwick Airport

Salary: £12.50 per hour + performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll do more than just sell products — you’ll bring our brand story to life. From sharing product benefits to educating customers about clean beauty, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiencesand driving strong retail performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised skincare recommendations
- Be a passionate storyteller – educate and inspire customers about our products and values
- Proactively drive sales, achieve targets, and increase average order value
- Upsell and cross-sell across our product range with confidence and care
- Accurately handle payments and operate the till (opening and closing included)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting retail environment
- Support team members to create a seamless store experience

What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident communicator with a natural ability to engage people
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, ideally in beauty or lifestyle
- Proven track record in sales, upselling, and meeting targets
- Passion for skincare, sustainability, and ethical consumerism
- Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass airport security clearance

Our store operates between 03:30 and 20:30.
Shifts will be scheduled within these hours on a rota basis, including weekends and holidays.
