Duties Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the working day. Experience Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is required, and multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
