Job Overview
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need and ensuring they leave with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service.
- Offer product recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Drive sales by promoting products, offers, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the store’s appearance, including restocking and organising displays.
- Operate the till and handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
- Work as part of a team to achieve store sales targets.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong communicator with a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
