Bee Inspired are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our new team at our official Flagship Store on Buchanan Street, Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with our loyal customers. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by assisting customers, managing inquiries, and contributing to sales growth through upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Utilise basic maths skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Organise and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
- Keep the sales area tidy and well-organised, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment as needed.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
Required Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales techniques and product knowledge.
