What Youll Do:
- Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Match customer needs with the right product or solution
- Identify profitable business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Prepare and follow up on quotations using proactive methods
- Track and manage customer leads from enquiry to conversion
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Actively follow up all sales leads and quotes
- Represent and promote the company in a professional manner
- Support the team in delivering outstanding customer service and marketing
What Youll Need:
Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numeracy and commercial awareness
- Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn
