Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing transactions efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated on service knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and record keeping is advantageous.
