We are looking for someone to be based at our Camberley showroom that can support our small family business in sales and marketing as well as general administration.
The role can suit a recent graduate as well as an experienced person looking for their next challenge.
Being in a retail environment, you will be expected to interact with clients and support the sales effort, as well as performing your core tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with client enquiries, providing pricing and product information
- Producing quotes promptly and accurately
- Processing orders, ensuring accuracy and confirming all details with clients
- Liaising with suppliers and monitoring timely arrival of orders
- Dealing with goods in and scheduling and organising deliveries
- Dealing with anomalies and after sales issues
- Updating our website with product information, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Assisting in managing our social media accounts, scheduling posts and responding to enquiries
- Helping out at exhibitions and other marketing events
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with great attention to detail, and able to multitask and work independently.
Candidates must be comfortable dealing with clients, both in person and over the phone. Excellent written and verbal English is essential.
Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
An interest or background in Interior Design would be a distinct advantage.
Essential skills: MS Office, Adobe Photoshop or similar
Desirable skills: Sage, Adobe Suite, Shopify, Bluepark, Hootsuite, Mailchimp/Brevo
Saturday work required.
Eligibility to our bonus scheme after an initial period of 6 months.
