We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team as a chair and bed advisor. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximise sales opportunities.
- Valid driving licence for travel to client locations as necessary.
- Proven experience in retail sales.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in IT systems for managing customer data and sales records.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
