Temp Sales Advisor 16.5 hours per week working 3 days including 1 weekend day..
This is a temporary contract working up until 3rd January.
Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
