We’re looking for a dynamic Property Investment Consultant to work closely with our network of high-net-worth investors, guiding them towards the most suitable property opportunities. You’ll manage relationships with both UK-based and international clients, ensuring swift and decisive action on high-demand properties. Your ability to create urgency, build trust, and close deals will be at the heart of your role, driving both investor success and Let Property’s growth.
This is not a role for cold-calling or waiting for leads to come to you. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where negotiation and decisive action lead to high rewards.
Our top performers earn 7% on £120,000–£150,000 in monthly deals, while our average performers make 5% on £50,000–£70,000, with the potential to achieve £75k+ in average earnings combining base salary and commission.
We’re seeking individuals with a minimum of five years in high-ticket B2B sales, ideally in property or investment, who are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable thriving under pressure. You’ll stay on top of multiple deals simultaneously, negotiate and close property deals on the same day, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
