We are looking for a new team member who can provide support within a busy office environment, by answering calls, taking payments, dealing with emails, and helping with the day to day running and function of the office.
Experience within a similar role/industry would be ideal, however it isn’t essential.

We are open to both the public and trade. Our staff are highly trained to help you choose the best material for your project. Highfield is open 6 days a week to load any size vehicle from small cars to large waggons. All our aggregates are available loose and bagged. We operate very closely with 5 quarries in the North West, this includes both granite and grit stone quarries.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customers and customer queries
- Taking card payments in person and over the phone
- Cash handling using EPOS till
- Providing administrative support for the yard and drivers
- Assisting with the updating of required documentation
- Taking orders and inputting them on to the system
- Filing, scanning and archiving paperwork as necessary
- General admin duties
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly demeanour
- Positive can do attitude
- Ability to work with computers and different software packages including Microsoft
Pay and Benefits Package:
- Salary starting from £24,500
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch
