We are looking for a part time sales administrator to support our sales team, handling a variety of tasks from processing new and used vehicle orders, to managing paperwork and customer interactions.

Responsibilities include:

- accurately processing new and used vehicle orders and through our internal and manufacturer computer systems

- preparing and completing all necessary documentation for vehicle registration, taxation and finance applications

- monitoring and updating vehicle delivery schedules, helping to ensure timely arrival and handover to customers

- liaising with our sales team, manufacturers, finance companies and customers to ensure smooth transactions and address queries

- providing general administrative support to the sales team, including invoicing, filing, registration of warranties and service plans and other tasks as required

- ensure sale files are accurate complete and adhere to GDP/FCA regulations and requirements.

Candidates must have experience or working in a similar role in the motor trade and understand the fast paced environment that can occur at certain times of the year. You will be highly organised, motivated and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You will also have a keen eye for detail and have excellent communication skills to deal with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels. Full training on all internal and external systems will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is able to work 3 or 4 hours each day Monday to Friday.

We offer a competitive salary of between £27,000 and £29,000 (full time) per annum, which will be paid on a pro rata basis for the number of hours worked per week.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
