Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare online customer orders (including food, beverages, and nail products).
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service through online platforms.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure product listings are up to date.
- Assist with daily store operations to guarantee efficient order fulfilment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is required.
- Strong communication skills (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
