We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our busy housekeeping team for a prestigious 5 star Hotel in Mayfair.
Role Overview:
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas. Your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. This is a hands-on role, and your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented.
- Clean and sanitise public areas within the establishment.
- Ensure all guest amenities are replenished and in excellent condition.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Hours & Shift Pattern:
- Normal working hours are 8am - 4pm, but subject to change based on business requirements.
- Shifts are spread across 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

Experience
- Previous hotel experience of 1 Year minimum is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
