Job Description
Craig's construction and roofing is seeking a Driver to join our team in Porthcawl. This position will be responsible for operating a company owned truck and delivering freight, materials, and/or products to customer locations. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading company owned trucks, as well as loading and unloading customer owned trucks.
Qualifications
- Class A CDL or CDL E or Class B CDL M preferred
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug test
- Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work independently
- Must have good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to write simple instructions.
- Must have the ability to use a GPS device with navigation.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle with a manual transmission clutch pedal.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle with a manual transmission shifter.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle with a automatic transmission when needed.
