Overview
The Roller Adt position is essential for the efficient operation of our construction and maintenance projects. This role involves the use of a roller to compact various materials, ensuring a stable and smooth surface for subsequent work. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and skills in commercial driving, along with the ability to dig as required.
Duties
- Operate the roller adt safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Compact asphalt, soil, or other materials to prepare surfaces for construction or maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the roller to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in digging operations as needed, providing support to other team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge, with an understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
- Valid commercial driving licence is preferred for transporting equipment when necessary.
- Experience in digging operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
