Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Our client in Dartford is looking for a Customer Returns Specialist to take ownership of the customer returns process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing returned goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer returns efficiently to meet performance targets
✔ Receive and check returned products against the Sales Order Return
✔Verify Sales Warranty validity and liaise with Customer Services to resolve discrepancies
✔ Resolve discrepancies in the information provided within Sales Order Returns
✔Ensure unwanted returns are processed correctly, performing quality control and investigations as needed
✔Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system (BC) and Excel
✔ Report progress on returns to Warranty, Customer Services, and Accounts teams
✔ Manage scrapping of returns, including system transactions, storage, and physical handling
✔Investigate and resolve complaints related to returns issues and delays
✔ Ensure physical items are managed correctly within the Quarantine process
✔Support on-site rework events, ensuring smooth supervision and completion
