Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Retirement Living Officer to provide outstanding support and housing management to residents in our retirement schemes.
In this rewarding role, you’ll be the friendly and visible point of contact, ensuring our communities are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. From helping residents settle into their new homes, to supporting independence, dignity, and choice, you’ll play a key part in creating vibrant retirement living environments. If you’re customer-focused, highly organised, and confident working independently as well as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of taking a hands on approach to solving problems
- Experience of working in a supported housing service (desirable)
- Good organisational skills
- Competent in using IT packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle as travel across the county will be required
