About the team
We are seeking an additional fulltime (37 hrs a week) Assistant Transport Review Officer to join our busy Mainstream Transport Team. We arrange mainstream home to school transport provision for students. The team is well established and has a proven track record meeting its targets and deadlines.

About the role

A ‘can do’ attitude is essential and the ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines in a busy team environment. We prepare tender specifictons for the procurment of home to school transport provison: coaches, minibuses and taxis. We arrange 'bus passes' for students who travel on coaches and buses. The team has extremely busy periods from May through to September. We monitor a busy generic mailbox and answer many telephone calls each day, it is essential that the successful canditate is able to multitask.


About you

The successful candidate will need to be:-

  • Be computer literate (Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Have excellent customer care skills
  • Be able to remain clam and compossed under pressure
  • Be able to prioritse workloads to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Be able to multitask with accuracy
