Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to maximise revenue.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and stock control.
- Foster open communication within the team to encourage feedback and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in merchandising and sales management is an advantage.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail.
