Summary
We are seeking a person who is able to work flexible hours by covering overnight shifts between 10 pm and 6am, morning shifts from 6am until 2pm and evening shifts between 2pm and 10pm. this is initially for 15 hours a week although further hours might be available. As a Retail Sales Associate at, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences in our convenience store.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales and promote store products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist with restocking shelves.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A full clean driving licence
