Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As an Electronic Retail store, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their electronic product needs, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest electronic products and technologies.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronic products.
- Provide knowledgeable and detailed product information to customers.
- Maintain and organize the electronic products section.
- Ensure product displays are appealing and up-to-date.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Stay informed about the latest electronic products and technologies.
- Process transactions and handle cash register operations.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electronic products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent organisational skills to maintain stock levels and store presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £16,021.57-£33,562.91 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
