Cochani London is a luxury perfume company looking for confident, energetic salespeople to join our fast-growing team.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll work at our elegant perfume kiosk engaging with customers, recommending fragrances, and ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
Duties
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers
- Promote and sell perfume products
- Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance features
- Handle POS system (card/cash payments)
- Assist with kiosk setup and stock display
- Maintain cleanliness and kiosk image
- Achieve sales targets
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English-
- Outgoing and confident with great people skills
- Passionate about fragrance, beauty, or fashion
- Able to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Flexible to work weekdays/weekends
- Previous retail or kiosk sales experience is a plus
