Our Hanger Lane store, which opened its doors in 1999, holds a special place in our history as our very first brick-and-mortar store. It’s home to a passionate and enthusiastic team who are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
As one of the UK’s leading motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories retailers, we operate 16 retail stores alongside a comprehensive online shop. With over 25 years of experience serving motorcycle riders, we take pride in our legacy of expertise and knowledge. What you’ll be doing:
In this dynamic sales role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, specialist retail environment. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and who possesses excellent selling skills. You’ll need to build strong relationships with our customers, helping them find the perfect products while meeting individual and team sales targets.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for someone passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy. You should be confident and enthusiastic and thrive in a busy retail environment. While a motorcycle license isn’t required, it’s a big plus!
Previous experience in customer service is essential, and experience in the motorcycle retail sector would be ideal. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert on our products yet - we’ll provide comprehensive training on our inventory. A strong command of the English language is also required.

- Full-Time - 40 hours per week, Permanent
- Monday-Friday plus weekend availability
