We are looking for a Colleague for 24 hours per week to work in Shell Bowburn .(J61 A1M).
NOT OPEN TO STUDENTS due to required flexibilty. Own vehicle to travel is essential due to locations.
IMPORTANT - We would also encourage candidates to complete quick assessments.
Typical day shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm including weekends. Nightshifts 10pm-6am including weekends
Shifts are non-fixed and are typically 8 -9 hours a day.
Candidates must be TOTALLY flexible over 7 days a week and be willing to work any shifts.
From experience due to the nature of the job it is not particularly practical those with other job commitments OR students.
As one of our customer service champions we’d expect you to deliver exceptional and professional customer service at all times.
You should be target driven and we would expect you to engage with our customers with additional services and offers such as our fantastic Go+ Rewards Scheme.
Duties include serving customers, adhering to all HSSE policies, using Till POS system, general retail work, merchandising, cleaning, administration and using PC/tablets. Cleaning includes shop, forecourt and toilet areas. You will also need to serve hot food.
You need to be multi tasked and energetic as cleaning, date checks, merchandising, cleaning and stocking has to be done in between serving customers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
We are looking for applicants who posses fantastic customer service skills, very friendly and outgoing by nature and have multitasking experience.
As a lot of the time applicants will be working alone.
Minimum one years retail or hospitality experience is required in a fast paced customer facing environment.
Full training will be given and in addition to salary we offer bonus /incentives.

Salary: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
