Here at Shell we are looking for experienced retail colleague in Bowburn who have the desire to become team leaders in order to help support their station managers.
The role will be for minimum 24 hours minimum per week over 7 days per week
Ideal applicants must possess at least 3 years general retail or hospitality experience.
Management experience is desirable.
Need to be totally flexible 7 days a week across all shifts .
Shifts are typically 7am-2:30pm/2:30pm-10pm/10pm-7am.
Owning your own vehicle and the flexibility to travel is essential.
We are looking for customer centric individuals who are task proactive as most of the work is lone working.
