Job Opportunity: Wine Advisor/Retail Assisant
Location: Liphook, Hampshire
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week or Part-Time, 16 Hours per week

Whether you’re already knowledgeable about wine or eager to learn, this is your chance to immerse yourself in the world of wine and spirits. Wine knowledge is preferable but not essential — full training will be provided, and WSET courses are available for professional development.

We supply trade customers from our warehouse in Liphook and retail customers through our two shops in Liphook and Petersfield and through our online store.
What You’ll Do:
This is a front-line sales and support role, where you'll guide customers with confidence, sharing expertise and offering suggestions. You’ll deliver exceptional personal service and share your growing passion for our wide range of wines and spirits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and product advice
- Ensure the shop is well stocked and merchandised to standard
- Manage daily stock levels and place weekly supplier orders
- Ensure accuracy of pricing through regular price checks
- Liaise with trade clients and process wholesale orders
- Handle invoicing, cashing up, and opening/closing duties
- Assist with customer tastings and promotional events

- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Physically able to handle the demands of the role
- A genuine interest in wine and spirits
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a bonus
