Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
