Restaurant Waiter – Join the Langham Family
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Waiter to join our team at Langham. If you have prior experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for outstanding customer service, and a warm, personable approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
- Take and communicate food and drink orders clearly to the team.
- Prepare and serve orders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clear tables efficiently while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Polish and prepare cutlery, glassware, and table settings.
- Set up tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure the restaurant still room is tidy and organized.
- Work effectively as part of a team-oriented restaurant environment.
- Follow Health & Safety and Fire regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older (due to licensing laws).
- Well-presented, polite, and personable.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
