Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.

- Develop and train team members in hospitality best practices and culinary techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
