We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member with drinks knowledge to join our crew and help guide guests on this flavourful journey.
Your Role in the Journey
You are the first smile that greets a hungry traveller, the storyteller who brings menus to life, and the guide who pairs our spiced curries, tandoor grills, and chaats with the perfect drink. Whether it’s describing a smoky rum cocktail, a refreshing lassi, or a craft beer, you’ll ensure every guest finds their perfect pairing.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests like old friends arriving at the station — with warmth and genuine energy.
- Share your knowledge of drinks — cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and refreshing softs — always with a storyteller’s touch.
- Take orders confidently and upsell naturally, highlighting our signature street food & drinks pairings.
- Deliver drinks to tables with pride in presentation and consistency.
- Keep the dining floor buzzing — tidy, flowing, and full of positive energy.
- Work closely with the bar & kitchen teams to ensure smooth service from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality and a passion for both food and drinks.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, or craft beers (bar experience is a bonus).
- Confident communicator and natural storyteller.
- A team player who thrives in a lively, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Reliable, positive, and eager to grow with us.

Pay: £12.21-£12.95 per hour
