We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our vibrant establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Train and develop team members in culinary techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Background in culinary arts is advantageous, along with experience in supervising kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus for establishments that serve alcoholic beverages.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business.
