Your Role:
- Oversee the service and coordination in your section
- Support team members in your section
- Ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless service
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
- Train and motivate new and existing team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for customer service and high standard
