Summary
This is a dual-role position where you’ll support the smooth running of the practice by ensuring all clinical and non-clinical areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, while also offering friendly and professional support to patients during their visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment across treatment rooms, reception, waiting areas, and staff facilities.
- Assist with cleaning and disinfection procedures in line with dental health and safety regulations.
- Offer patients refreshments before and after treatment.
- Offering the team refreshments.
- Assist the team over the lunch period
- Running errands to the supermarket, post office when required.
- Prepare and tidy up patient areas before and after appointments.
- Support staff with day-to-day non-clinical tasks to ensure efficient patient flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- A professional, approachable manner with a caring attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous cleaning or patient-facing experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in a clinical setting.
