Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Hall Staff to join our vibrant Korean restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and address any enquiries or special requests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare and pack takeaway orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Handle basic transactions, including cash and card payments, with accuracy.
- Support the team by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor to engage with guests.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Work Hours
- Wednesdays - Sundays (or Saturdays) 4:30PM to 9:30PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 13.50 per week
