A great time to join Morston Hall, following the new acquisition from a London based hotelier who has great plans for the future of the site. Starting this year with refurbishments to all rooms and communal areas. We have also welcomed our new head chef who has a wealth of experience from kitchens and TV appearance on Great British Menu. He will be working alongside our long standing celebrity chef Galton in our 27 year held Michelin star kitchen.
As a Front of house assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. You will assist with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the front end of the establishment.
*Duties*
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or related field is advantageous
- Ability to provide helpful and friendly customer service
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, bartending, or restaurant operations is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively
