Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our floor team and ensure the smooth running of daily service in a busy and vibrant venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff and daily service operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Train and develop floor staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Assist with reservations, guest queries, and complaints.
- Support management with stock control and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- Excellent organisational and people management skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards and motivate staff.
