We’re looking for caring, committed Residential Support Workers to join our brand-new 3-bed children’s home in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fresh, supportive team making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable and challenging young people.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day care, support, and encouragement to children
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
- Support children with daily routines, education, and activities
- Build trusting relationships and be a positive role model
- Work closely with your team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people (residential care preferred)
- A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach
- Understanding of safeguarding and care standards
- A team player with a genuine desire to make a difference

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
