We provide residential care for young people aged ten to twenty-one years old and are looking for Day and Night Shift Care Workers in our three-bed care homes near Coylton.

You will be able to work
Full time 8am to 8pm shifts, (14 shifts in every 4 week rota). Salary from £12.60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Full time 8pm to 8am shifts, (14 shifts in every 4 week rota). Salary from £13.60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Whilst previous experience would be desirable, excellent support skills, the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children or in a support environment
- Valid driver's license and experience of driving
- Familiarity with IT systems such as word
- Ability to work awake night shifts in a residential childcare setting
