This exciting permanent role is located at our Bradford Office and offers hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days home working after completion of training period.
Weekly hours of 37.5 working times of 08:00 and 16:15.
Your Contribution (Job description)
The ideal candidate will be able to complete tasks and reports, efficiently and effectively using excel formulas such as VLOOKUPS & Pivot tables, as well as updating of graphs. A positive & proactive approach is required with a willingness to learn the role in depth. You will report to the UK Data Analytics Manager but take day to day instruction from the Senior Data Analyst.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities, focused on performance, outstanding works reports, activity reports. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly After Sales reports including customer open reports, KPI & SLA reports. These reports will be issued to department stakeholders at various levels. Ensuring report accuracy and issuing within set timescales.
- Ensure Data is cleansed and validated prior to issuing reports.
- Covering tasks in periods of absence including Engineer payroll data, liaising with onsite engineers.
- Having the ability to identify anomalies within data and if found raise the issue with the Senior Data Analyst to ensure report accuracy.
- Using a variety of internal systems and customer portals to collate data for reports
Your Journey (qualifications & skills)
You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a small, focused team. Have an open mind to change and willingness to learn. Additionally, you should bring:
- Proven Reporting Experience
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with the ability to switch tasks and priorities at short notice
- High level of MS Office 2+ years (Excel & Outlook etc.)
- Accuracy and attention to detail. With the ability to follow instructions from ad hoc requests.
