Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated stock replenishment assistant to join our team in a busy retail environment. Required to work 16-30 hours/week in our Saundersfoot Retail Outlet. It will involve some weekend work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and organised, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective time management, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and the ability to use their initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Wage is applicable to the applicant's age.
Responsibilities
- Help with opening and closing the shop.
- Monitor stock levels and identify products that require replenishment.
- Restock shelves and displays promptly to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate replenishment efforts effectively.
- Maintain an organised and tidy workspace.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to track stock accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering queries.
Skills
- Experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
