We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' appearance and confidence through expert hair care services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. Your skills in barbering, makeup application, and deep tissue massage will be highly valued as you cater to the diverse needs of our clientele.
Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and colouring services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Perform makeup application services for special occasions or events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing expert advice on hair care.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Ensure a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with the community online.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with strong skills in barbering and hair treatments.
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in deep tissue massage is an advantage but not essential.
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated with current trends and techniques.
- A valid cosmetology or barbering licence is required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £97.68-£216.11 per day
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
