Removals Driver / Move Facilitator
Salary: £25,000 – £34,000 per year + bonuses

Our Move Facilitators are more than drivers and lifters — they’re problem-solvers, guides, and trusted professionals.
This role is hands-on and physically demanding. You’ll be lifting and carrying heavy furniture and belongings every day, often up stairs or in challenging weather. You’ll also be driving our modern fleet of removals vehicles and making sure every move is safe, smooth, and stress-free for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving & Logistics: Safely operate our removals vehicles (full UK licence required).
- Heavy Lifting: Load, carry, and unload furniture and boxes, ensuring safe handling of belongings.
- Outstanding Service: Guide customers through one of life’s most stressful events with empathy, calmness, and professionalism.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your crew, supporting one another to get the job done.
- Problem-Solving: Overcome challenges on-site, from tight staircases to unexpected access issues, with a can-do mindset.
- Care & Attention: Treat every customer’s belongings as if they were your own.
Requirements
- Physical Fitness: Able to safely lift and carry heavy furniture throughout the day.
- Driving Skills: Full UK driving licence (removals or commercial driving experience a plus).
- Team Spirit: A reliable team player who values collaboration and communication.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and people skills, with empathy at the core.
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm, motivated, and focused in physically and mentally demanding situations.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, improve, and develop as part of a winning team.
