Role Overview
We are seeking creative, confident, and self-motivated individuals to join our remote content team in a User-Generated Content (UGC) Creator role. This opportunity is available on both a full-time and part-time basis.
As a UGC Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing original, face-to-camera video content that educates and inspires prospective students to explore their higher education options through UniUpp. Please note that all submitted content must feature you personally on camera. Voiceovers, animated videos, or actors will not be accepted for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form, face-to-camera video content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Follow structured content briefs and key messaging provided by the UniUpp marketing team
- Communicate UniUpp’s mission, services, and student opportunities in a relatable and professional manner
- Share real-life scenarios, testimonials, and narratives that speak to the needs and interests of prospective students
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and content alignment with campaign goals
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and digital content to maintain relevance and engagement
Candidate Requirements
- Must be currently based in the United Kingdom and eligible to work
- Confident and comfortable speaking directly to camera in all content
- Strong communication skills with a clear, professional on-camera presence
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of basic video editing tools or apps
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow creative direction
- A genuine passion for storytelling, education, and supporting others in their personal development
Compensation
- Full-Time: £1,200 – £1,800 per month (dependent on experience and volume of deliverables)
- Part-Time: Pro-rated based on agreed schedule and output
- Performance Bonus: Additional pay may be awarded based on content performance, engagement, and conversions
