We are a UK-based private healthcare service seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional to support us as an independent contractor on a part-time basis.
This is a fully remote role handling inbound enquiry calls from prospective clients - not cold calling. The focus is on conversion and eligibility screening, with full support and systems provided.
We are initially offering 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility and scope to increase based on performance and mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming enquiries and guide suitable callers toward making informed decisions and booking consultations
- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, care, and discretion
- Follow detailed eligibility criteria and safeguarding protocols to identify when services are not appropriate
- Accurately record call outcomes and use provided systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in phone-based sales, lead conversion, or consultative selling
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage emotionally nuanced conversations
- Comfortable using remote tools (VoIP, CRM, etc – we will provide all necessary accounts/software and provide basic training in their use)
- Must be UK-based and available during UK business hours
- Access to a quiet, professional home working environment
