We are recruiting for a relief night shift support worker to join our team at Bramble Bay Ltd.
In the role of night shift support worker you will be required to support individuals with varied support needs, supporting individuals with tasks and activities such as:
Supporting and assisting individuals with continence needs throughout the night time hours, as and when required
Carrying out hourly well-being checks for individuals
Supporting individuals to manage their well-being and some challenging behaviour during periods when they are awake during the night time hours, according to their care plans and support plans provided by professionals in their care teams
Support and assist individuals with eating and drinking needs when required while awake during the night
Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and promote independence whenever possible
You will also be required to carry out some cleaning and health and safety tasks following a schedule during the night shift.
The individuals in our care are unique and require positive, creative support to encourage and promote their independence, choice and dignity.
Experience within the care sector is not essential as we provide full online training. We offer Qcf qualification and career progression.
Employees will be required to register with social care Wales during employment, and as part of the registration will be required to begin a qcf qualification within the first 3 years of registration.
