Summary
We are seeking a Relief CCTV Licenced Security Officer to join our team at USSG Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive, vigilant, and dedicated to maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms as they arise.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain a safe environment for all personnel.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a security role or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- First aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
There will be an initial 3 weeks training to be completed, then rostered hours will vary depending on site needs and holiday cover.
