Attivo is a Chartered Financial Planning firm committed to helping clients achieve financial wellbeing through personalised, high-quality advice and long-term planning.
As an independent and forward-thinking business, we’re focused on building lasting relationships founded on trust, integrity, and a genuine understanding of our clients' needs. Our approach is designed around the client experience; professional, proactive, and always personal.
Within Attivo we have an independent Estate Planning practice based in the heart of London. Our work with clients helps them to simplify their estates while protecting and preserving legacies for generations to come. Our work with families often spans multiple generations with Attivo acting as the trusted point of contact for all estate planning matters.
About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Executive to support and enhance the relationships we hold with our valued clients. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for a designated client portfolio, ensuring every interaction reflects Attivo’s commitment to excellence. A core part of this role involves managing post-event engagement, including following up with prospective clients from seminars and webinars and guiding them into the estate planning journey, often by booking or conducting initial Discovery Meetings. The role will involve a high volume of client phone calls, requiring confidence, professionalism, and a warm communication style to build rapport and maintain relationships effectively.
This is a highly rewarding, client-facing role with a strong focus on relationship management, pipeline conversion, and exceptional service delivery.
About you:

You have a background in financial planning, legal services, or professional services and are looking for a role that balances service, communication, and relationship development. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment and take pride in delivering a consistently excellent client experience.
The successful candidate will need to be based at our London Office a minimum of 4 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remaining day. We value work-life balance and offer flexible working alongside our hybrid approach.
