Regional Sales Director- Cybersecurity
Continent 8 is seeking a dynamic, consultative Regional Sales Director(S2-G7) to accelerate revenue growth across EMEA within our cybersecurity portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess deep experience engaging security buyers at all organizational levels—from CISOs to technical teams—effectively managing the entire sales cycle and building a robust pipeline. You will focus on driving sales for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Managed Security Operations Center (MSOC) services, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
Success in this role requires cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning to deliver measurable business growth.
The Role
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within cybersecurity across North America, focusing on VAPT, MSOC, and MFA solutions.
- Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects and channel partners using a disciplined, consultative sales methodology.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans aligned with growth targets and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to leverage campaigns and lead generation programs.
Customer Engagement
- Engage C-level executives, CISOs, IT security leaders, and technical stakeholders to uncover business challenges and tailor security solutions accordingly.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate business value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, ensuring a high-touch and responsive customer experience.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work in partnership with cybersecurity technical teams, solution architects, and delivery managers to accurately scope and position solutions.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sales forecasts, and account activities to leadership.
- Represent Continent8 at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas (USD-based).
- Drive new logo acquisition and maintain strong customer retention.
- Maintain strong pipeline velocity and optimize sales cycle durations.
- Achieve target win/loss ratios and customer satisfaction levels.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B technology sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven success selling VAPT, MSOC, and MFA solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients in North America.
- Solid understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience with both direct sales and channel partner models.
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or iGaming.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific) are advantageous.
